Use appropriate lift techniques
One of the best safety tips for moving heavy objects - the tip you should use to maintain protection - is to use appropriate lifting techniques that are accepted as universal. It is important to understand that you will have to do a lot of unusual and unusual movements that your body is not accustomed to - bending, pushing, pulling, twisting, and lifting heavy furniture of course. As a result, you or one of your assistants may actually end up with some type of injury.

If you're still not sure how to move your heavy furniture yourself, here are some professional tips to avoid injury (also known as safe lift techniques):

Keep your back always by lifting your heavy furniture. Bend on your knees, keep your back straight and use the undeniable strength of your lower limbs.
Whenever possible, push the heavy furniture (not before putting the furniture slides down, of course) instead of pulling it.
Whenever you have to turn sideways or around while carrying large, heavy furniture, do so with your legs, without hips.
Keep the furniture worn near you as much as possible and at the relative position of your body.
Some common mobile injuries come from the wrong foot, and as you can imagine, stumbling while carrying a piece of furniture will have serious consequences. Keep your safety by making slow and smooth movements only, and by doing only small steps.
Keep your eyes in front of you when moving the heavy furniture yourself.
